Qualifications

  • Recent leadership experience at Deputy Head or Assistant Head level.
  • Deep understanding of the National Curriculum, school improvement, and safeguarding.
  • The drive to inspire, mentor, and motivate others.

Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Headteacher as required.
  • Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Ensure effective safeguarding and pastoral care as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
