Here at Newnham Court Vet Hospital, we are a supportive team that strive to put the excellence into customer service while keeping our team motivated and happy.

We currently have an amazing opportunity available for a Deputy Head Nurse to come and join our friendly and enthusiastic practice. As Deputy Head Nurse, you will lead and support a team of Nurses holding regular team meetings and one to ones. The role includes responsibility for maintaining practice standards including clinical governance, practice standards scheme, nurse clinics/campaigns, stock and rota management as well as driving practice initiatives.

Qualifications

This role would suit someone who has excellent clinical standards, adaptable to change and willing to face new challenges. We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of leading a team or someone who is ready to take that next step in their career.

This is a part time role working 28 hours per week. Salary range £28,500 - £43,500 FTE DOE.
