Key Responsibilities

• Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Set the vision for the future of the school alongside the Head Teacher, ensuring the right people and plans are in place.

• Build a rewarding teaching career with support from the wider management team and specialists.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience.
• Drive to raise the quality of teaching and learning.
• Understanding of good behaviours for learning and effective leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of interpersonal skills to develop a strong staff team.
