We are based in the Southwest, 20 minutes from the beach and moors with easy access to Exeter and Plymouth. You will enjoy working at our modern and spacious Hospital while also supporting our branch site at Paignton.

We currently have an amazing opportunity available for a Deputy Head Nurse to come and join our friendly and enthusiastic practice. As Deputy Head Nurse, you will lead and support a team of Nurses holding regular team meetings and one to ones. The role includes responsibility for maintaining practice standards including clinical governance, practice standards scheme, nurse clinics/campaigns, stock and rota management as well as driving practice initiatives.

This role would suit someone who has excellent clinical standards, adaptable to change and willing to face new challenges. We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of leading a team or someone who is ready to take that next step in their career.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday with Saturdays (8:00am - 13:00pm) on a 1 in 8 rota. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.
