Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in security leadership and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with nuclear or critical infrastructure security preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Depute for the Head of Security and lead the security function when required.
  • Manage two direct reports and oversee delivery across the wider security team.
  • Own and deliver the Integrated Security Assurance Plan across all SZC sites.
  • Lead regulatory interactions with the Office for Nuclear Regulation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Represent the organisation in external meetings and forums.
