HMP Brixton is one of London's oldest male prisons, it has a capacity for 798 inmates. We are recruiting for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to support the Head of Healthcare with the daily smooth running of the Healthcare team and covering for the Head of Healthcare in their absence. Interviews will take place on Monday 8th December. Hours Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700, As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery.
  • You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations.
  • Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements.
  • This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.
