The Role

A leading North West university, based in the Lancashire area, is seeking a Deputy Head of Estates to oversee one main campus and five satellite sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery across FM, estates operations, capital works and compliance. This is a strategic, client‑side leadership position with autonomy, influence, and long‑term progression.
