The UCS College Group is seeking a proactive Deputy Head of Department in Bridgwater to design and deliver outstanding provision across the Curriculum, leading curriculum teams and coordinating the department's delivery. You will work with the Assistant Principal and College Management Team to support departmental KPIs and strategic aims.

You will play a critical role in shaping the department's day-to-day operations, driving teaching and learning initiatives, and building strong industry

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day department operations and ensure delivery of curriculum plan.
• Lead curriculum teams and coordinate operational delivery in the department.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Principal and College Management Team to support KPIs and financial contribution.
• Develop and lead teaching and learning initiatives and pedagogical practice.
• Communicate effectively to motivate and develop talent across teams.
