Join us as a Deputy Head Housekeeper at THE PIG Hotel | B Corp

Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, Hampshire

OTE: £14.35 per hour, including tronc

Full Time, 35 hours per week. Overtime available as/when required.

We are seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support our Head Housekeeper in efficiently managing our housekeeping team. The role involves leading by example, developing team members, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Head Housekeeper in daily operations
2. Leading and motivating the housekeeping team
3. Conducting monthly performance reviews
4. Ensuring all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to high standards
5. Managing linen, deliveries, and stock
6. Liaising with maintenance for upkeep of furnishings and fittings

Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year is essential. We value proactive, hands-on leaders who can inspire their team and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
