Westminster School is seeking a Deputy Head (Co-Curriculum and Planning), a member of the Senior Management Committee, to support the Head Master in delivering the school’s strategic vision.

The role covers leadership of the extensive co-curricular programme, budget management, and day-to-day operations, with involvement in longer-term event planning and pupil-facing activities—and will include some teaching. Safeguarding checks apply.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading large teams or departments
• Strong budgeting and staffing management abilities
• Strategic planning and whole-school leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the School’s extensive co-curricular programme, including staffing and budget.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running and oversee longer-term planning of major school events and pupil-facing activities.
• Act as Educational Visits Co-ordinator (EVC), supported by the Trips Manager.
• Undertake some teaching as part of the role.
• Contribute to safeguarding and child protection processes as a member of the Senior Management Committee.
