You will recruit, train and coach staff while benefiting from development programmes and strong support to advance your leadership journey in a values-driven hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and coach teams.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting or financial analysis is a plus.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
