Deputy General Manager Duties

• Operational Management – Assist the General Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.
• Team Leadership & Development – Support in managing and motivating staff, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.
• Financial Oversight – Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.
