Permanent, 45-Hours PW, 5 out of 7 days.

Paramount, the ultimate late‑night hotspot are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual with big sales energy to join our team as Deputy General Manager.

About the Role

As part of our management team, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable nights for our guests. You'll bring fresh ideas, infectious enthusiasm, and a strong drive to boost sales and keep the good vibes flowing. Strong people management is key in developing our large team.

What You'll Do

• Create exciting promotions and unique sales ideas to attract and engage guests.
• Drive drink and table sales with creativity and confidence.
• Bring energy and charisma to every interaction—on the floor, at the bar, and beyond.
• Work closely with management to hit (and smash!) sales targets.
• Help maintain the fun, lively atmosphere we're known for.
