Lord Derby Academy follows a three-year Key Stage 3 curriculum and two-year Key Stage 4 curriculum. As the Deputy Faculty Leader for English, you will support the leadership and management of a very strong team of staff in school. You will also work as part of, and be supported by, a Trust-wide Improvement Partnership team, to support and implement ambitious curriculum pathways. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting the drive forward of the English Faculty as we continue to accelerate progress in all key areas through our high standards and expectations.
