Lord Derby Academy follows a three-year Key Stage 3 curriculum and two-year Key Stage 4 curriculum. As the Deputy Faculty Leader for English, you will support the leadership and management of a very strong team of staff in school. You will also work as part of, and be supported by, a Trust-wide Improvement Partnership team, to support and implement ambitious curriculum pathways. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting the drive forward of the English Faculty as we continue to accelerate progress in all key areas through our high standards and expectations. The successful candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status. We are highly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and we expect all our staff to share this commitment.
