A major healthcare organization in Wales is seeking an experienced Deputy Director of People & Organisational Development. This leadership role involves driving the strategic people agenda, providing expert HR guidance, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and well-being among staff. We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director of People & Organisational Development (OD) to join our senior leadership team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP). This is a pivotal role, supporting the Director of People & OD, in leading the strategic people agenda across one of the largest and most diverse NHS organisations in Wales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

NWSSP work in an agile way where possible, all posts will have a contractual base but as part of agile ways of working that may mean working from home and other locations. We also look at how we balance flexibility with community, and how to manage opportunities to learn from each other.
