Job Title: Deputy Director of HR Day Rate: 600 - 650 per day inside IR35 Contract Length: 12 Months

Roles Available
  • Deputy Director - Organisation Design & Change - Lead organisational design initiatives through to 2027 integration with NHS England. Advise senior leaders on complex design challenges. Drive change initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness. Collaborate with a small OD team in a matrix structure.
  • Deputy Director - Pay, Reward & People Transition - Develop and implement a pay and reward strategy for the future DHSC. Oversee annual pay awards and governance for senior executives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions. Lead the employee relations function during transitions.
