The division is continuing to work more collaboratively across those portfolio's by developing a simple vision of focusing all our services around the patient, whilst holding high accountability for the finances we use. Assurance and compliance are the underpinning governance philosophies to all our services, and this role will support the Director of Estates and Facilities in providing that assurance to our community and Board.

Leading the Operational Estate and Capital Projects part of the portfolio, the post holder will have the opportunity to shape and influence the services we deliver for the next generation and as part of the NHP inform the design and compliance of those assets.
We are committed to supporting colleagues through organisational change. Priority will be given to staff at risk within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board.
