A children's music therapy charity is seeking a Deputy Director (Education) in York to manage creative music projects for children with special educational needs. This part-time role involves leading the Schools Programme, developing musician networks, and ensuring effective delivery of creative projects. Offering £46,000 pro-rata, the role allows for flexible remote work with at least two office days weekly. Ideal candidates will have experience in arts administration and education, alongside strong interpersonal skills.

£46,000 pro‑rate.
Flexibility to work remotely but with at least two days a week in the York office. Flexibility to travel, with access to a car and a UK Driver’s Licence.
24 hours per week, to be worked flexibly. Permanent.
25 days holiday per annum pro‑rate, plus bank holidays.
