Responsibilities
- Working from an office in North Wales or Liverpool, assist with the day-to-day leadership of teams across Merseyside and Flintshire offices as well as a couple in South Wales.
- Supporting the service manager in leading 16+ Supported Accommodation services in line with Ofsted Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023).
- Assisting in overseeing the quality of care and support across multiple solo placements.
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership across 2 offices.
- Contributing to strong safeguarding practice and ensuring staff follow regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the set-up, development, and registration of an Ofsted-registered 14+ Children\'s Home.
- Assisting with policy development, paperwork, and compliance required for registration and readiness.
- Covering regular staff supervision, coaching, and development.
- Supporting the coordination of rotas, staffing cover, and team deployment across services.
- Supporting quality assurance processes, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in building and maintaining strong working relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and external agencies.
- Helping ensure that all services consistently meet regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in CYP with Level 3 or Level 5 Children and Young People qualification.
- Experience working in 2 of the following: a regulated OFSTED service, 4Cs, or supported accommodation.
- Either possess or willing to undergo a DBS check.
- A full current driving licence.
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people.
- Flexible approach.
- Willingness to develop leadership and management competence.
