Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Children’s Residential services.
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice and learning disability support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in delivering child-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulations.
• Lead and motivate the staff team.

Skills

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to use IT systems confidently

Full UK Driving Licence

Education

Level 3 NVQ/QCF Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
