This innovative provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist in the oversight of their innovative service in the Ealing and Harrow areas delivering a range of activity programmes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability. This is a unique opportunity for childcare professional to assist in the development of a new service.

Responsibilities

• Promote the values of the organisation in all interactions.
• Develop and oversee activity programmes in various forms for Children and Young People.
• Lead a team of Session Leaders and Playworkers to assist in providing the best outcomes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability.
• Create Person Centred support plans for the Children and Young People and support the team to deliver these.
