A leading NHS trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to enhance patient experience through strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with patients, staff, and community groups to ensure inclusive engagement and feedback. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have a comprehensive understanding of patient involvement processes. You will be responsible for leading a team, implementing strategies, and producing reports on patient engagement performance.
As part of the Patient Experience and Engagement team, support the Deputy Chief Nurse to deliver key patient experience strategies through senior leadership and accountability for the Patient & Public Involvement & Voice functions (Patient Engagement, Feedback, Health Inequalities and Volunteering) to improve the way people experience care and involvement at NNUH.
