A local charity organization is seeking a dynamic Deputy Chief Executive to join its Senior Leadership Team in Dorset. The role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration for income generation. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in governance, strong financial skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Location: Northmead House, Creekmoor, Poole, Dorset CAN operates hybrid working
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Contract length: 1 Year initially
