A Birmingham educational institute is looking for a Deputy Catering Supervisor to manage the catering unit in the absence of the supervisor. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting staff briefings, and providing training. Ideal candidates should have experience in a similar setting, hold relevant food safety certifications, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Grade 3 £27,254 - £33,699 pro rata consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
35 hours per week, term time only working times are TBC Monday – Friday term time only, plus 6 days in the school holiday for cleaning & training.
