• Experience working within a PBS framework is an advantage.

• Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Lead and manage support workers including training and performance reviews.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for the people we support.
