Overview

Deputy Service Manager - Flintshire - £30,000 per annum plus £240 per month car allowance

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues with the aim of helping people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits; attend multi-disciplinary meetings; prepare reports; and assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to care management and participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
