Job description

We're seeking a confident and compassionate social care leader to join a newly opened, purpose-built care home in North East Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to be part of something special.

As Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

This is a flagship home within a fast-growing, luxury care group known for exceptional standards and innovative, resident-focused environments.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and overseeing the clinical and care delivery within the home
  • Supporting the General Manager in operational leadership and deputising in their absence
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion and teamwork
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent, e.g. nursing degree)
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership or deputy role within a care home setting
  • Strong clinical governance and compliance knowledge
  • Passionate about person-centred care, innovation and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
Salary:

£46,250pa

Working Monday - Friday 8-5pm
