A leading healthcare provider in Doncaster is seeking a Deputy Admin Manager for the Breast Screening Programme. The role involves supervisory duties within the office, managing clerical staff, and ensuring efficient operation of the screening services. Candidates should possess at least one year of supervisory experience in a medical or office environment, with strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality. This position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 annually, depending on experience.

To deputise for the Office Manager in her absence to ensure the ongoing efficient running of the Breast Screening Programme.
To undertake a supervisory role within the office, supporting the Office Manager in the organisation of the clerical staff and their duties.
To work as part of the Breast Screening Clerical Team within the Breast Screening units in the CSU.
To liaise with NHSBSP, PCT's, General Practitioners, Practice Managers, Consultants, and other relevant Trust staff.
To undertake reception, telephone and other clerical support tasks.
To supervise staff within the Breast Screening office, prioritising workloads and deploying staff accordingly to ensure best practice in terms of quality and efficiency.
To operate the National Breast Screening system efficiently on a daily basis.
To undertake patient reception duties, this may mean at times dealing with difficult and potentially aggressive clients and their relatives.
