The DEPTH Programme Manager will lead the North West Digital Employment Pathways Training Hub (NW DEPTH), a PEACEPLUS Investment Area 2.3 initiative. This project aims to upskill and reskill 2,000 individuals and deliver a North West Digital Skills Strategy that will guide the transformation of the cross-border region into a Smart Region of national and international significance. The role requires strategic oversight of programme delivery, ensuring alignment with funding objectives, effective planning, and robust implementation. The postholder will champion best practices in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and digital skills development while ensuring measurable outcomes. This role will act as the primary liaison between the College, PEACEPLUS/SEUPB, academic teams, and wider regional stakeholders. NW DEPTH is funded by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), designed to foster cross-border collaboration, employability, and regional digital innovation.
