Job summary

Plant Plan Limited in Enfield is seeking a Depot Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. You will oversee stock intake and dispatch, care for live plants on-site, and ensure a tidy, safe workspace while supporting loading/unloading and other tasks to back the team.

The role requires plant-care experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. A full-time position with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Managing stock levels, ensuring accurate stock control, and maintaining the care and condition of materials.
• Taking receipt of and processing deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Processing orders and coordinating the movement of materials to support operational requirements.
• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety standards.
• Assisting with production, installations, and other operational activities as required.
• Undertaking ancillary tasks necessary to ensure the business operates successfully.
• Supporting and motivating the wider team to achieve high standards of performance and efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimising warehouse workflows.
