Depot Operative (Full UK Driving Licence Required)

Salary: £12.75 per hour / £26,608.80 annual salary * Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week) * Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays * Location: (Insert location)

Manpower are recruiting for a Depot Operative to join a well-established and growing business. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with multi-drop deliveries in company commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack and assemble customer orders accurately
  • Load vehicles and complete daily multi-drop deliveries
  • Use route-planning tools and ePod delivery software
  • Provide excellent customer service on every visit
  • Maintain efficiency levels and work to performance targets
  • Follow Health & Safety processes and complete required training
  • Report any issues to the Branch Supervisor promptly
  • Collect customer payments when required
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident using IT equipment and completing training modules
  • Well organised and able to plan daily delivery routes
  • Physically fit and able to handle items up to 20kg
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to great service
