Job description
📍 Location:

Rhosddu Ind. Est Main Road, Wrexham LL11 4YL

📅 Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday (30hrs per week)

🕒 Hours:

06:00am - 12:00pm

💰 Salary:

£12.21 p/h

About the role:

As an integral part of the InPost team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to understand and meet the needs of customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. You will manage customer enquiries, support procurement activities, and maintain accurate data to facilitate seamless operations.

In addition, you will produce timely weekly and monthly reports, assist with general administration, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed. By investigating and resolving customer queries promptly, you will help uphold InPost’s commitment to excellent customer service and operational success.

This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic company dedicated to delivering outstanding service and continuous growth.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Working closely with the operational team to help manage driver resource
