Depot Operations Support - InPost Distribution Northampton depot.

Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic parcel operation? Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our bustling Northampton depot!

📍Location: Unit 4 Mercury Dr, Northampton NN4 7JE

📅Shift Pattern: 4on 4off

🕒Hours: 07:30am - 17:30pm

💰Salary: £25,396.80 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Deal with any procurement needs
  • Data inputting
  • Provide timely, quality, and accurate information (Weekly/Monthly)
  • General administration duties
  • Support with any other “ad hoc” administrative tasks
  • Investigate and conclude customer queries
