Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead depot operations, drive performance and ensure safety, efficiency and employee engagement across the business.

You will manage operational budgets, deliver against financial targets and lead continuous improvement initiatives while building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders. A Safety First culture and regulatory compliance will be central to every decision you make.
