Overview
Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is the UK's largest Commercial Vehicle Tyre service provider. As part of the Halfords Group, HCFS was formed by acquiring three large entities: Lodge, McConechys, and Universal, alongside some previous independent tyre management services enabling us to offer nationwide coverage for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance.
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards.
- Responsible for meeting KPI targets including sales & profitability.
- Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair.
- Experience in leading and training teams of Technicians.Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time.
- Possess a full, current driving licence.
