As Depot Manager at InPost (formally Yodel), you'll take charge of both our fast-paced services-delivering excellence across parcel logistics distribution. You'll be the driving force behind seamless operations, coordinating everything from parcel distribution to newspaper deliveries with precision and speed.

Your leadership will inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and collaboration. • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving high performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and manage a diverse team.
