A leading appliance retailer in the UK seeks an experienced Depot Manager to oversee operations at its Luton Depot. This pivotal position requires strong leadership, compliance monitoring, and team empowerment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent logistical knowledge and be able to manage budgets and performance metrics effectively. A salary range of £38,000 to £42,000 per annum is offered, along with generous benefits including 33 days of holiday and a pension scheme.

You'll set the standard for excellence by ensuring compliance with operational policies, transport legislation, health and safety, and people management. Your leadership will create a productive, positive environment where your team can excel.
Working closely with our District and Depot Management teams, you'll play a key role in shaping a strong, sustainable future for our operations.
Salary: between £38,000.00 and £42,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
