Job description

To lead and manage a range of Housing Executive Direct (HE Direct) teams to ensure the delivery of a modern, professional and responsive maintenance service to meet customer and business needs in line with our vision and values.

Responsibilities

• To lead, manage, develop, and motivate a multi skilled workforce to ensure that HE Direct achieves its aims and performance objectives to provide a maintenance service to NIHE properties and tenants.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess an HND/HNC level qualification (or equivalent level 4 qualification) in a relevant Construction/Maintenance discipline.
