Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets following customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Welcome walk‑in customers and provide helpful friendly service every time.
  • Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information.
  • Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales profit and service targets.
  • Log and assign customer call‑outs to technicians using their tablets.
  • Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally delivering a high level of customer service.
