OakNorth is seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst to support customers through the lifecycle of retail and business deposit accounts. You will report to the Deposit Operations Team Lead and perform tasks with accuracy, delivering a friendly and dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with origination and ongoing management of OakNorth deposit products.
• Handle account-opening tasks and customer inquiries via calls and email.
• Prepare reports and statements, maintain accurate records.
• Resolve issues at first contact when possible; log and escalate complex cases.
• Build product and process knowledge; share best practices with colleagues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; relay customer feedback to relevant teams.
• Support ad-hoc projects and maintain strong process controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive improvements.
