Job summary

Arondite is seeking mission-driven Deployment Strategists to lead planning and execution of implementing our technology with customers. You will be responsible end-to-end for solving real-world problems, working closely with frontline users to ensure deployments are effective, safe, and impactful.

The role requires significant travel, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both technical systems and operations.

Qualifications

• Programming skills or a technical degree, or equivalent experience in a technology company.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your time.

This role requires significant travel, often in challenging environments. You will need to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure. You will need a deep understanding of both technical systems and operational realities. As one of Arondite’s first deployment strategists, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our product offering, solving real-world problems that directly impact the lives of end users.

• Continuously refining priorities with customers to ensure adoption and measurable impact

You should have:

• Technical proficiency: Programming skills, a technical degree, or equivalent experience in a technology company
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your time

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience in defence or defence technology

Security clearance

We believe in working closely with defence customers. As a result, this role will require the individual to hold a clearance or be willing to undergo UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above. This normally requires having continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years.

We therefore believe in making the office a friendly, comfortable and fun place to be, and we try to work from the office where possible. Of course, there are times when it makes sense for you to work from home and that's OK. You may also need to travel to visit customers, depending on your role.
