Job summary

Rivan Industries seeks an experienced Deployment Project Engineer to lead our first commercial synthetic fuel deployment and scale across the UK and Europe. You’ll work with the Head of Deployment to move projects from design to autonomous operation, coordinating engineers, contractors and stakeholders.

You’ll shape the deployment blueprint, manage cost, schedule and safety compliance, and build playbooks for repeatable, scalable deployments across sites from London HQ to field sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects end to end.
• Ability to read structural, electrical and process drawings.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from permitted field to gas in grid on time and budget.
• Coordinate design and installation of deployment packages.
• Manage relationships with gas networks, landowners, planners, suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle procurement, pricing and contract terms.
• Track budgets and schedule variations; proactively flag risks.
• Coordinate pre-construction and construction with CDM and health and safety regulations.
• Build deployment playbook and drive improvements with engineering team.
