A leading retail brand in Maidstone is seeking a Department Manager to lead a team focused on maximizing sales and enhancing customer experiences. This full-time role requires experienced management skills and a proactive approach to drive team and store performance. Location: Primark Maidstone
Salary: £40,830 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
