Job summary

Port Talbot, South Wales: a modern two-surgery independent practice is recruiting a full-time Dental Therapist (part-time considered). The role offers direct access, a well-established patient list, and the opportunity to work with a busy mixed practice and Invisalign service.

The Welsh Care Package system means no UDA targets; you will provide hygiene and therapy treatments using state-of-the-art equipment including an iTero scanner, supported by longstanding dental nurses.

Qualifications

• Must be GDC-registered as a dental therapist.
• Ability to offer direct access to patients.
• Experience in a busy mixed practice and Invisalign is advantageous.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity in a modern two-surgery practice located in Port Talbot, conveniently located close to Swansea (10 miles) in a well-established practice. The practice uses the new Welsh Care Package system, meaning no UDA targets for the therapist, with the successful candidate being required to provide direct access, and a combination of hygiene and therapy treatments.
