Job summary

Magpies Dental Practice in Horam, East Sussex, is seeking a Dental Therapist to join a well-established practice with a strong private/NHS patient mix. The role is largely Hygiene Services with scope for Therapy Services, supported by a skilled team and nurse support.

The position runs on Tue, Thu and Fri with excellent facilities and modern equipment. Applicants must be GDC registered and hold a current radiography certificate; exemption training to supply/administer POMs is required.

If you’re a Dental Therapist looking to work with a supportive practice team in the East Sussex area, we have a new opportunity to join us at Magpies Dental Practice.

About the role and practice

Magpies Dental Practice is a well-established practice in Horam (TN21 0EY) with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service and care to both our private and NHS patients.

• Working days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday


• This role will be predominantly Hygiene Services with scope for Therapy Services too


• Nurse support available


• As this role includes direct access therapy services, applicants should be confident in working autonomously and within their full scope


• You will have completed the exemption training (to supply/administer POMs) and will hold a current certification in dental radiography


• 4 surgery practice


• Well equipped with Trios scanner, airflow and digital xrays


• Experienced clinical team offering IV and inhalation sedation


• Excellent support team including experienced receptionists, dental nurses and wonderful Practice Manager


• Free car park next door
