Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Direct Access Dental Therapist for Bedford House Dental Practice. You’ll work with autonomy, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative care within a supportive, clinically led team.

The role offers structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for CPD and career development in a well-established NHS/private practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Full Scope Care – Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
• Structured Induction & Training – Onboarding guidance on compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision making.
• Clinical Mentorship & Support – Regular check-ins with experienced clinicians for professional development.
• Continuous Growth – Protected learning time, CPD pathways, and clear career progression.
