Willows Dentistry is a warm, modern and patient-focused practice committed to delivering excellent clinical care and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a Qualified Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team.

Responsibilities (Qualified):
  • Provide high-quality chairside support in line with GDC and BADN standards
  • Prepare and maintain clinical areas, instruments and equipment
  • Carry out infection prevention and control procedures
  • Assist with dental charting, record keeping and radiography tasks
  • Support and reassure patients throughout their visit
  • Assist with supervising trainee dental nurses
  • Help with reception and administrative duties
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow practice policies
  • Monitor stock, process lab work and report equipment issues
  • Attend CPD, practice meetings and annual medical emergency training
Responsibilities (Trainee):
  • Provide chairside support under supervision of a named GDC registrant
  • Work towards a recognised dental nursing qualification
  • Keep accurate training records
  • Learn decontamination procedures, equipment use and dental material handling
  • Support patients by updating medical histories, escorting them and offering reassurance
  • Assist with reception duties including calls, appointment booking and payments
  • Attend all required training sessions and practice meetings
