Job summary

Aspiration Training partners with a Hull dental practice to offer a Dental Nurse Apprenticeship. You will gain practical skills through paid work hours and online theory, with regular 1-2-1 sessions and ongoing support.

You will assist dentists, prepare instruments, maintain records, and ensure patient care during a range of treatments, from routine check-ups to specialist procedures, with VR technology integrated into training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist in providing safe and effective treatments to patients, from simple check-ups to advanced specialist treatments
• Providing patients with a high level of care
• Setting up and cleaning surgery
• Sterilising instruments
• Updating patient records
• Maintaining equipment
• Preparing instruments and materials for various treatments
• Adhering to practice policies and procedures
