Job summary

Dental Recruit Network is recruiting a Dental Nurse for a busy Uttoxeter practice. This permanent role offers a 4.5-day week with a Friday afternoon off, 7 surgeries, and SOE software. You will provide chairside support, manage rooms, and maintain infection control while delivering high standards of patient care.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a mixed practice with NHS and private work, with on-site parking and GDC registration covered.

Qualifications

• GDC registered.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Confident providing chairside assistance.
• Friendly and approachable with patients and colleagues.
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to muck in.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clinicians during general and implant dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointments.
• Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination.
• Keeping surgeries clean, tidy and well organised.
• Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their visits.
• Working closely with dentists and fellow team members.
• Helping colleagues and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
