Job summary

Flourish Medical in Worcester is seeking aDental Nurse to join a private practice on a permanent basis with immediate start. The role offers full-time hours across four weekdays, with NHS-style but private care in a modern setting, and a 37.5-hour week.

A 1% performance bonus is paid on dentist earnings. We welcome qualified Dental Nurses with GDC registration, and the package includes paid CPD, career development support, weekly hours, and opportunities for staff discounts.

Responsibilities

Dental Nurse – Worcester | Full-Time Hours Over 4 Days | Private Practice | £13.00–£14.50 per Hour

We are recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a well-established private dental practice in Worcester on a permanent basis with an immediate start available.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Dental Nurse offers you:

• £13.00–£14.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications (approximately £26,000–£29,000 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week)

• 1% performance bonus based on the earnings generated by the dentists you support

• Full-time hours

• One Saturday per month required

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Nurse:

• Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration

• Previous dental practice experience

• Right to work in the UK

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Professional, reliable and organised approach

• Ability to work effectively within a busy private practice

• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care

As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities may include:

The practice is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch and surrounding areas.
